A vacancy has opened on the Borough Council for the North Ward, with applications now being accepted to fill the seat for the remainder of a two-year term ending January 3, 2028.
To be eligible, applicants must be registered voters and have lived in the North Ward for at least one year as of their appointment date. The application form is available online; candidates are instructed to select the “Other” box and write in “Borough Council” when completing it.
Completed applications should be submitted either by email to manager@phoenixville.org or delivered in person to Borough Hall by 3:30 p.m. on February 4, 2026. Questions regarding the process can also be directed to manager@phoenixville.org.
