On Wednesday, March 12, former Conestoga Senior High School standout Jake Friel’s current college team, the Sacred Heart Pioneers, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Yale Bulldogs.

The game took place at George H.W. Bush ’48 Field. This was their first matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 3 p.m. at Veterans Park against Saint Peter’s Peacocks.
