Zoning Hearing Board Public Meeting

Willistown issued the following announcement on Aug. 10.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Willistown Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the offices of the Township located at 688 Sugartown Road, Malvern, Willistown Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania, to conduct such business as may properly come before the Board and to hold a hearing on the following:

 Application No. Z-6-21: Application of Robert M. Steidle (4 Castlebar Lane), Franklin and Ann Marie Houder (1 Castlebar Lane), Leslie Green and Ethel Ziselman (2 Castlebar Lane), Yolanda Gray (9 Castlebar Lane) and Michael and Tana Wall (5 and 7 Castlebar Lane) who appeal a March 4, 2021 zoning officer determination pursuant to §139-123 (Functions: Appeals from Zoning Officer) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance regarding permitted uses, accessory uses, structures and events on the property owned by Ryan M. Heenan located at 8 Castlebar Lane, being UPI #54-6-52.4H, in the RU Rural District; and any such further relief as may be necessary.

 Application No. Z-7-21: Application of Michael and Diane Malley who seek a variance from §139-159 (Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) Conservation District)) of the Willistown Township Zoning Ordinance which incorporates the provisions of Chapter 73, Environmental Protection, Article XII (Riparian Buffer Area (RBA) Conservation District) to permit the installation of a swimming pool and deck within the RBA Conservation District where it is not otherwise permitted under §73-62 (Use Regulations) for the property located at 13 Long Lane, being UPI #54-3-34, in the R-1 Residence District; and any such further relief as may be necessary.

 Copies of the foregoing applications are available for public inspection at the Township office during normal business hours.  An opportunity will be given to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to these applications.
