Nomination and election of officers
Everyone – Organization meeting: review who is to attend what meetings, expedite EAC meetings with pre EAC meeting reports via email.
All 2022 meetings will be held in person unless COVID restrictions are re-imposed.

Meetings.
The Committee shall adopt rules for the conduct of its own meetings and business. Said rules shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to the Sunshine Act. The Committee shall establish regular meeting dates and criteria for the calling of special meetings.

All meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. and run until 9:00 p.m.
