East Whiteland issued the following announcement on June 14.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Whiteland Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold an in-person public meeting and hearing at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, at the East Whiteland Township Building, 209 Conestoga Road, Frazer, Pennsylvania, to consider and potentially act upon the following Applications:
Appeal No. 2022-4: Application of Jyoti Parameswaran and Arvindo Kinny. Applicants seek variance relief from Section 200-20.B. (with reference to Attachment 3 / Table of Development Standards for R-1 District Cluster Overlay – maximum building coverage), and development standards in Section 200-21.C and Section 200-26 of the East Whiteland Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit an increase in the total building coverage to 18% +/- (1%, or 101 square feet, +/- of building coverage relief requested), in order to construct a sunroom on an existing rear deck at the subject property located at 102 Sweetwater Way, Malvern, PA (TPN: 42-3-123.24), situated within the R-1 Residential Cluster Overlay District.
Appeal No. 2021-17: Application of De Yuan Yang and Vicky Chen (continued from November 22, 2021). Applicants seek variance relief from Section 200-20.A (with reference to Attachment 2 / Table of Development Standards for RMH – Medium High Density Residential Zoning District – maximum impervious coverage), and development standards in Section 200-25.C of the East Whiteland Township Zoning Ordinance, to permit construction of a patio, sitting wall and walkway, with an increased impervious coverage of 230 square feet +/- (compared to 370 square feet originally requested), in excess of impervious coverage limitations, on the subject residential property at 822 Stonecliffe Road, Malvern, PA (UPI 42-2-241) situated within the RMH – Medium High Density Residential Zoning District.
The Board may also conduct and act upon such other business or continued matters as may come before it.
