On Sunday, March 30, former Owen J. Roberts High School standout Tyler Brashear’s current college team, the East Carolina Pirates, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Rice Owls.

The game took place at Reckling Park. This was their third matchup against the Owls this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 6 p.m. at Bill Brooks Field against UNC Wilmington Seahawks.
